Jane is a respected contemporary Jeweller who is well known in the Jewellery Industry for her enamelling expertise.  Originally from Wales, Jane was a BA graduate of Silversmithing and Jewellery at Loughborough College of Art and Design, following her graduation she set up her Warwickshire studio.

She attended a short course many years ago by the esteemed enameller Gudde Skyrme who inspired her to explore the different ways of enamelling so that she could introduce colour in her work. Jane has exhibited widely in the UK and internationally in many galleries, trade and retail shows. Her work has also been acquired by Museums and Art Galleries nationally including The Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Staffordshire Art Gallery, and The Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool amongst others.

​In 2006 Jane won the prestigious British Jewellery Association "Kayman" Award and in 2007 and 2011 was commended by the Design and Craftsman Awards for new technologies.

​She has had some interesting commissions including:  A collection of Egyptian inspired jewellery by The British Museum in 2001 and also a jewellery collection for the Museums shop for the "Shah Abbas" Exhibition in 2009.

Jane is a full and active member of The British Society of Enamellers and prestigious Association of Contemporary Jewellery.

An advocate of sharing her skills, Jane has taught in various education establishments including the renowned BCU School of Jewellery in Birmingham and she enjoys teaching students in her own studio.
