About
Stephen has worked in the Jewellery sector all his adult life after studying at the University of Brighton and then completing a post graduate Diploma Scholarship at West Dean College in the Restoration and Conservation of Fine Metalwork.
He has worked in the Jewellery Industry for over twenty years, including 10 Years at the prestigious Jewellers Jeremy Hoye in Brighton, working as a Goldsmith, Stonesetter and CAD Designer.
As well as continuing in his own professional practise, Stephen is an accomplished tutor of many years, and currently also works as Lecturer and Cad subject leader of accredited vocational training. He specialises in helping students progress as they begin their journey as professional Jewellery Makers/Designers and in providing tailored tuition to suit support stonesetting skill development for those working in the Jewellery Industry.​
